Shipping

 

Each garment is made to order and everything is hand made. Over 90% of the products ordered are made with in 4 days but it might take anywhere between 4-8 days till the garment is ready to be shipped.

Most orders are shipped either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Most products ship within 7 business days. Mats, blankets, platters, and towels can take up to 12 business days during peak seasons

LATE DELIVERIES/MISSING PARCELS

Occasionally packages will be delayed or late in delivery. If the package shows that it has been accepted by the post office, then speed of delivery is beyond our control. If a domestic parcel has not been received within 21 days of shipping, or an international parcel within 45 days of shipping, please contact us.

If you request an item to be re-shipped, we will charge the credit card or Paypal account for the retail value of the replacement shipment with the appropriate postage. If you receive multiple items and ship one back unopened, we will refund one of the charges.

It is not our responsibility to track every item. If an item appears to be delayed, we highly recommend contacting your local post office to see if it has already been delivered.

We are not responsible for packages that show as delivered that are left outside your door, with a concierge or neighbor, or any other receiving party. We are also not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses, so please be sure to check your shipping address before submitting your order.

Shipping Internationally 

DUTIES & TAXES

We are not responsible for duties and taxes for shipments to countries outside of the United States. Items are shipped with the lowest possible replacement value declared but all duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and/or purchaser. Please note that it is illegal for us to mark such shipments as "used items." Items must be shipped at replacement value to insure against damages. If a shipment to an international destination is refused by the buyer/recipient, we will not provide a refund for the abandoned package, nor have it shipped back to us since that would double the shipping cost. If we accept shipment back to The Zebra Lady , we will charge any additional shipping costs plus a 10% restocking fee.

Returns or Refunds

 

DAMAGES/DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE/EXCHANGES

No exchanges are accepted, all sales are final. We do not provide refunds or cash back, or accept returns.

Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. Damage claims must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. No claims can be made after 48 hours. No exceptions. If for some reason there is damage or defect to your item, please take a digital photo of the item and the package and email it to TheZebraLady@hotmail.com immediately to discuss resolution.

We are unable to offer refunds on our products because they are custom made just for you.  Please choose carefully!

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. as all sales are final no refunds

  • DEFECTIVE & DAMAGED ITEMS: Please contact us within 3 business days if there is an issue with your order. Please provide photos of the product in question. We will issue a replacement on a defective product immediately. Please contact us

  • Please note a restocking fee will be charged if the item would be accepted 50% of the total sale price. as all items are made to order and we do not have stock in office and this will be an item to place on self

  • Additionally, all orders placed through The Zebra Lady are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
